Tutto Bono Review

Today I want to share my personal experience at one of the happening Italian Restaurants in West Surabaya – Tutto Bono.

Located at Lenmarc Mall, Ground Floor, Tutto Bono Ristorante Lounge & Bar has classy minimalist design.

For the food itself, they offer wide variety range from pasta, soup, and western food like steak and all.

Their signature dish is Bistecca Fiorentina, which has 2 type of meats you can choose: US Beef worth for IDR 1.2 million (exclude tax) and Tokusen worth for IDR 1.9 million (exclude tax).

I know the price is crazy! I can buy a lot of things with IDR 1.9 million, but the rumours said this is so so so great! And as a meat lover, i must try myself.

So this afternoon, I went there with my family. Dad, mom, sister, grandma, husband, my little baby and me.

As we entered the room and settle down, the waiter prepared Welcome Snack for us. It consists of breads, chips, and fried wonton skin with chicken liver sauce. This may sounds “ewww” but taste BOMB! Trust me ❤️

We also have Wagyu Rib Eye (IDR 390,000) . Love the tenderness of the meat. But this is definitely nothing as compared to the Tokusen Bistecca.

Pizza Fungi for sharing (IDR 65,000) . I love this thin pizza. The mushroom is amazing with a great sauce too. One is never enough.

Spagheti Scampi (IDR 85,000). Sounds fancy, but this is carbonara with clams, shrimps and muscles. I usually prefer bolognese or aglio olio since I am not a fan of creamy thingy. But this one is exceptional! Love the taste, the al-dente spagheti. Cook at perfection!

We also have Risotto Pescatore (IDR 135,000) which i forgot to take picture. I don’t really recommend this one. The tomato sauce inside taste weird on my tongue. But the rest of my family said this too is acceptable.

Last but not least….

Let me present the mighty Tokusen Bistecca.

Comes with rucolla leaf and french fries.

This bistecca is worth every single penny we spent there! The waiter will help you to cook at your preference: rare, medium rare, medium, or medium well.

You can ask them to cook at well done level, but it is not recommended to do as you cannot fully taste the juicy and tender meat melt in your mouth.

As a meat lover, i recommend Angus House and Meat Shop and Gourmet for the steak, and Go Ju Mong and Chung Gi Wa for Korean BBQ. But if you have extra budget and want to give a shot, this one is definitely worth to try. You will not regret the amount you’ve spent at the end of the day.

Just a little flashback from my experiences, we’ve spent more than IDR 12 million for 1 whole Alaskan King Crab in Canada (exclude everything else, 6 adults eating) and the taste was so so so good.

This bistecca is the second filthy expensive food i have had and i don’t regret it.

Not like any other expensive buffet or dining experience which cost so much but taste so plain 😐

Money gone , taste bud flat, and craving not satisfied.

These 2 was awesome.

Work hard to play hard.

Ohhh if you are reguler customer or spend at their expected transaction in one bill, Tutto Bono will offer you membership card. Platinum , Diamond, and (sorry) i forget the other 2 types.

This membership will give 5, 10, 15 and 30% discount on your food, which is a great deal and help to ease the pain in our wallet 😢

So let’s give a star for the experience (5 stars is the top score)

Place ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Price ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (acceptable for the reguler menu but could be ⭐️ only for the bistecca, i know it’s too much to spend on reguler basis)

Cleanliness ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Service ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Taste ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
